If your roof has sustained damage:
Step 1 – Call Rus Roofing for a free inspection
As soon as you suspect damage, call Rus Roofing for free roof inspection. If damage is found we take pictures and detailed notes on what we find. Once the inspection is complete, we will sit down to share this information with you and discuss options.
Step 2 — If you decide to file a claim
With your permission, we can be on-site during the inspection done by your insurance company’s representative. We can provide your insurance company with the information we documented during our inspection of your roof including pictures, notes, and a detailed estimate to repair or replace your roof.
Step 3 — Planning a Repair or Installation
Your insurance company will contact you with their findings. If you decide to choose Rus Roofing for any repairs needed, we will meet with you to plan your project and select materials.
Step 4 — Completing the Project
Once all details are finalized, installation will take 2-3 days. We can provide your insurance company with a ‘Certificate of Completion’ once work is complete to assist you with finalizing the claim.
