Our experience with Rus Roofing was outstanding. From the initial call, the estimate, to the completion of work, every single person we had any interaction with was so willing to answer questions and explain things. The estimate was thorough, the workmanship all around was done with care and precision, and Karen was wonderful about making us feel valued as a customer. Communication throughout was superb from everyone involved. Their pricing is fair, and the all-around quality that we received was well worth the cost. Thank you everyone at Rus!

Rus Roofing was referred to us by a friend, they replaced my mother’s roof which was leaking from damage done by a storm. They got her on their schedule as quickly as possible to avoid any more leaks. Alex was very professional; he explained everything in detail and even helped us with the insurance agency. (Karen at his office was extremely kind and very helpful as well!) We recently used them at our own home to replace an old skylight — again, they were very professional and efficient. We are thrilled with our new skylight! I have recommended Rus Roofing to several friends already and will continue to do so — they are awesome!

We contacted RUS Roofing after sustaining hail damage to our roof. The owner, Alex, came out promptly and did an inspection and found further damage than what the insurance adjuster had documented. Alex took care of contacting the insurance company and actually met with the insurance adjuster when he did a reinspection so that he could personally point out the additional hail damage that he had found. Alex was extremely helpful with all the negotiations with the insurance company and fought hard to be sure that all the hail damage was covered by our insurance. When the weather finally cooperated so that the roof could be replaced, the RUS roofing team showed up early and worked efficiently the entire day to finish the job. The entire crew was courteous and hard-working. They cleaned up every piece of shingle and nail from the yard, and when they were gone, we were left with nothing but a beautiful new roof with a great 10 year warranty. We are very pleased with the look of our new roof and would highly recommend RUS Roofing.

RUS roofing was recommended to me by a friend who is in the construction business, and said they are the best around and RUS is the roofing company they use for both commercial and residential roofing jobs. With his recommendation, I figured I would give RUS roofing a call. We were having some problems with some water getting in the house and part of our gutter came off during a storm. Alex at RUS was able to locate not only the source of the leak, but point out where we also had storm damage from the storms earlier this year (Spring 2014) as well. Being a first time home owner, I didn’t really consider or inspect the roof for «damage» until we started having leaking problem — But Alex was able to point out damage (mostly wind and storm) immediately. While most of the storm damage wasn’t causing the leak (poor flashing was causing that), Alex recommended having their insurance specialist come out and due a thorough inspection of the roof — free of charge. Thomas at RUS (their insurance specialist) came out and inspected the roof to confirm Alex’s initial inspection. RUS helped us all the way through the insurance claim process, and was on-site when the insurance people came out to inspect the roof. All said and done, we have a beautiful new roof with a long warranty (on both materials and workmanship) and it was completely headache free without feeling overwhelmed by the insurance claims process. I would highly recommend the guys at RUS roofing.
